I’m sixty-five. Yesterday was my birthday. Today I close the kitchen at 8:00pm ET again.
I’ve done this before. When I kept the rule, about fifteen pounds came off. Then life got loose and the kitchen stayed open. I’m putting the rule back — not as a crash diet, not as hustle theater, and not as medical advice. As a fixed hour I can keep.
The site is the proof. Dated notes. Slips allowed. Morning weight and a tape at the belly button so the overnight gap has numbers, not vibes.
If you’re reading this, you’re welcome to follow the practice with me. Free pages stay free. There’s a small Evening Close checklist if you want a one-page tool. Marshall Network Services sells it. I’m still the one who has to close the fridge.
Authority stays with me. The clock doesn’t get to decide for me. I do.
